CNC-machined from a single block of heavy-duty forged bar-stock stainless steel, this compact manifold houses one primary isolate/block valve and one dedicated vent/bleed valve. The valve assemblies feature highly functional, color-coded dust caps (Red for isolation and Blue for venting/calibration processes) paired with ergonomic metal T-handles to eliminate operational error in the field. By permitting safe process isolation and venting of trapped pressure prior to instrument removal or zero-point calibration, it significantly reduces maintenance downtime and guarantees leak-free reliability in high-pressure processing lines.
