Detailed Product Introduction

The J23W series high-temperature high-pressure stainless steel needle valve is an elite-tier instrumentation-grade control valve engineered for critical isolation and throttling in severe industrial process loops. Precision CNC-machined from a single block of high-density forged SS316, this rugged globe valve series features a reinforced bonnet structure designed to sustain severe pressure surges up to 400 Bar. It comes uniquely equipped with pre-configured male threaded connection adapters transitioning to extended pipe ends optimized for direct butt-welding or socket-welding, fundamentally mitigating leakage liabilities under aggressive dynamic expansion or heavy structural vibrations. Outfitted with high-temperature graphite packing matrices and an internal safety back-seat mechanism, it operates reliably at extreme temperatures climbing up to 540°C. This makes it an ideal isolation safeguard for thermal power plant superheaters, high-pressure steam distribution skids, oil refineries, and analytical chemical sampling arrays.
