The coplanar 5-way instrumentation manifold valve is a high-integrity, space-saving process interface assembly custom-designed for direct coupling with coplanar-style differential pressure (DP) transmitters, notably the Rosemount 3051CD and Yokogawa EJA series. Precision-machined from a premium block of forged 316 stainless steel, this integrated architecture combines five essential needle valves: two for main process stream isolation, one central valve for fluid equalization, and two dedicated bleed/vent ports. By mating directly to the face of the transmitter sensor with high-tensile bolts, it completely replaces elaborate hookups made of traditional pipe lengths and nipples.
