The coplanar 3-way instrumentation manifold valve is an advanced, highly integrated process interface block designed for direct flanged installation onto coplanar-style differential pressure transmitters (such as Rosemount 3051CD, Yokogawa EJA, and similar platforms). Forged and precision-machined from a single block of high-grade stainless steel, this space-saving layout incorporates two primary isolation (block) needle valves and a central equalization valve, augmented by dedicated processing vent/drain ports on the body casing. By establishing a direct face-to-face surface seal, it entirely supersedes conventional multi-jointed piping hookups. This drastically minimizes systemic footprint, weight, and critical fugitive emission leak pathways, allowing maintenance technicians to complete fast, safe zero-point checking and in-line recalibration loops.
