Monoflange DBB Valve Stainless Steel

This premium stainless steel monoflange double block and bleed (DBB) valve manifold is precision-engineered for critical isolation in natural gas and oil pipelines. Integrating dual isolation needles and a vent valve into a single compact forged body, it minimizes potential leak points while providing safe, space-saving, and high-pressure fluid control for instruments.

The flanged block and bleed manifold (monoflange DBB) represents a highly reliable, compact alternative to traditional multi-valve piping systems. Expertly machined from a single piece of forged 316 stainless steel, it combines primary isolation, secondary isolation, and vent/bleed operations within one robust unit. This design drastically reduces installation weight, space requirements, and fugitive emission leak pathways, making it the industry standard for mounting pressure transmitters, gauges, and switches in upstream natural gas and severe process applications.
