The Hygienic 3-Piece Butterfly Valve features an intermediate flange design that offers maximum serviceability. The central valve body is sandwiched between two end flanges (welded or clamped) and secured by bolts. This "drop-out" configuration allows you to remove the entire center section for seal replacement without cutting the pipeline or disturbing the pipe alignment. Made of SS316L, it is 3A/FDA compliant, providing a robust, leak-proof solution for critical sanitary headers.
