The integral flanged Monoflange DBB (Double Block and Bleed) valve is a state-of-the-art solution designed for primary instrumentation isolation in high-pressure fluid systems. Machined from premium forged stainless steel bar stock, it replaces conventional multi-valve process piping configurations with a singular, compact unit. The configuration incorporates two inline ball valves for secure process isolation (Block) operated by heavy-duty levers, and a central T-bar operated needle valve for safe system de-pressurization (Bleed). This integrated design dramatically minimizes potential emissions and fugitive leak paths while providing standard flange-to-thread transitions for pressure gauges, transmitters, and sampling lines.
