This premium stainless steel multiport gauge root valve is precision-engineered for safe isolation and venting of pressure instruments. Featuring a robust forged bar-stock body with multiple outlet ports, it allows simultaneous mounting of gauges, transmitters, and bleed plugs, ensuring seamless online calibration and dependable fluid containment in high-pressure process pipelines.
The multiport gauge root valve (commonly referred to as a GV series gauge valve) is a compact, highly efficient instrumentation valve designed to facilitate the safe installation, isolation, and calibration of pressure gauges, switches, and transmitters. Machined from premium forged stainless steel bar stock, its distinctive multi-port design configuration includes one process inlet and up to three multi-functional outlets. This allows an operator to install a primary measuring instrument alongside optional bleed valves, test gauge connections, or blanking plugs within a single body block. By optimizing the instrumentation loop layout, it drastically reduces pipeline space, weight, and critical fugitive emission pathways in heavy-duty petrochemical and process industries.
