The T-type (horizontal inline/T-shaped) 5-way instrumentation manifold valve is a comprehensive fluid control solution designed for direct integration with differential pressure transmitters. Machined from a single block of heavy-duty forged 316 stainless steel, it features five distinct needle valves: two for process isolation, one for equalization, and two for controlled venting or bleeding. This intricate layout allows operators to completely isolate process media, vent residual pressure trapped within the instrument chambers, and equalize pressure lines safely during standard routine zero-point adjustments and field maintenance, ensuring zero external emissions and maximal grid protection.
