Detailed Product Introduction

The series in-line female threaded stainless steel flame arrestor is a passive safety device meticulously designed to protect industrial piping, storage tanks, and gas manifolds from deflagration and flashback transitions. Fabricated from premium cylindrical bar-stock stainless steel, it features high-precision female threaded end connections for simple, leak-tight integration directly into process pipelines or vent stacks. The core protection mechanism relies on an internal, heavy-duty stainless steel wire mesh/sintered disc matrix. When an ignition occurs, this micro-porous flame element layer absorbs and dissipates the thermal energy of the moving flame front, reducing the gas temperature below its auto-ignition threshold and instantly extinguishing the fire. It serves as an essential safety safeguard for hydrogen, acetylene, biogas, liquefied petroleum gas, and volatile natural gas放空 (venting) installations.
