It features a unique dual-sleeve design where two heavy-duty rubber sleeves press against each other to form a bubble-tight seal. When the gate opens, the sleeves expand to create a 100% full-bore flow path, isolating the metal body from the abrasive media. It is the industry standard for mining tailings, coal washing, and mineral processing where extreme wear resistance is required
