This premium H-type 3-way instrument manifold valve is precision-engineered for direct mounting to differential pressure transmitters. Featuring a robust forged stainless steel block design with two isolation valves and one equalizing valve, it ensures safe calibration, zero-checking, and leak-free fluid control in high-pressure oil, gas, and chemical processing pipelines.
The H-type (coplanar/I-shaped) 3-way instrumentation manifold valve is a specialized fluid control block designed for direct flange-to-flange coupling with differential pressure (DP) transmitters, such as the classic 1151 and modern 3051 series. By incorporating two main line isolation block valves and one central equalizing valve into a single solid forged bar-stock body, it allows process engineers to safely isolate the transmitter from line pressure and equalize the high-and-low pressure chambers during routine zero-point calibration. This direct-mount setup eliminates excessive pipeline joints, significantly decreasing installation space, weight, and fugitive emission leak paths in global petrochemical, refining, and power generation infrastructure.
