The block-type (integrated/plate-mounted) 5-way instrumentation manifold valve is a heavy-duty fluid control block engineered for direct coupling with differential pressure (DP) gauges, switches, and transmitters. Machined from a single solid block of high-integrity forged stainless steel, this valve configuration integrates five separate needle valves: two for main process isolation, one central valve for line equalization, and two dedicated bleed or vent ports with plugs. This sophisticated design allows field technicians to systematically isolate process streams, safely vent trapped line pressure inside the instrument cavities, and perform highly precise zero-point calibrations on the gauge. Its compact block framework entirely eliminates redundant external fittings, minimizing potential leak paths and optimizing spatial distribution in high-vibration processing plants.
