NRS (Non-Rising Stem): The stem rotates to move the gate but does not move vertically. This makes it the preferred choice for underground service or areas with limited overhead space.
Metal Seated: The sealing surfaces are made of metals (usually brass, bronze, or stainless steel). This design is more resistant to wear, high temperatures, and abrasive fluids than rubber-seated versions.
