The ASTM A234 WP5 LR 90° Elbow is a high-alloy steel fitting designed for high-temperature and corrosive service. Containing 5% Chromium and 0.5% Molybdenum, the WP5 grade offers superior oxidation resistance and creep strength, making it essential for oil refineries and chemical plants. As a Long Radius (LR) elbow, it provides a smooth 1.5D turn to minimize pressure drop. The Butt Welding (BW) ends ensure a permanent, leak-proof connection capable of withstanding extreme thermal cycling.
