A Wafer Centric Butterfly Valve for Natural Gas is a specialized quarter-turn valve designed for the safe isolation and regulation of gas flow in low to medium-pressure pipelines. Unlike standard water valves, these are engineered with specific materials and certifications (such as EN 161, DVGW, or API 607) to handle the volatile and dry nature of fuel gases like natural gas, methane, and LPG.
The "Wafer" design allows the valve to be sandwiched between two pipe flanges, making it incredibly compact and cost-effective
